So it's been 2 months since I've been on my lifestyle change. Some days it's bad, but 90% of the time it's great.
I'm kinda slacking with the exercise, that's why I haven't lost any more weight.
But as soon as the new year hits I'm getting right into it again.
I've kept with my eating habbits which I'm so proud of!
I can see a huge change in my back.. but I don't feel different.
Maybe when I get to double didgets, I'll start noticing my change.
