2 days in a row

I just started my new full body routine that i plan to do 4 times a week . Iworked out yesterday, but I have nothing to do today so i was gonna go today. Would this be okay?
 
Ummm...not really ok. You need to give your body 48 hours to rest between workouts. If you just started working out, worked out yesterday, and aren't sore today...then chances are you didn't push yourself hard enough. If you DO go today, then I would stick to cardio/HIIT.

I mean no if you plan to work the same muscles two days in a row.
That does not mean doing nothing today, just not the same as yesterday.
Do some cardio if you lifted yesterday, or lift to work muscles you missed last time.
Assuming you worked hard yesterday, rest "hard" today!
All work and no recovery makes for wasted effort.
Plan your work (including rest) and work your plan!
