2/3 me

Well, Friday was not a good day to restart healthy eating as it was my husband's birthday, and he had all meals already planned. We met for lunch in a French cafe, and had paninis and latte (are they not both Italian?) and then had chinese for dinner with chocolate birthday cake after.
So - I started on Saturday, and have been very good. We had salad for lunch and the remains of the healthy stew for dinner, and I snacked on grapes and low fat yogurt. I spent quite a while stripping wallpaper as well, so kept reasonably active. Weigh day is tomorrow, and I am not expecting a loss really. DH and I do a regular 6 week weight chart, and we are on a new one this week. We aim to end the 6 weeks either the same weight or less than the start (we used to do 12 weeks, but found that the end was far enough away for us to not worry about gaining, as it seemed we had ages to lose any weight we happened to gain). The last chart saw us below our start weights from new year - me 1 1/2 pounds below, DH 3 pounds below. Whatever happens with my weight tomorrow, I intend to be below my start weight by the end of the 6 week period.
