So far 18.9 lbs lost. If only I could lost 18.9 lbs each month..lol. Getting past 250 was hard. I'm working out 6x a week on the ellipitical and when its warmer outside I walk(to much snow to try and run..lol). And I bought a kinetic alot of fun and I'm sweating after a hour or two of playing. Sorry for the delay in filling this in. I just copied it over from the other challenges I'm in.
