I have a little lost, so don't mind to weight in. If I would join the gym I would lose faster...but getting me to go to the gym......hmmm

Congratulations everyone on your weight loss so far. Maybe I need to cut back more on my calories. 1 lb in 2 weeks just isn't very good! I think I'll go back to writing everything down for a week or 2 and re-evaluate what I'm eating. Good luck everyone else!

Lost 4lbs verry happy, more than I usually would lose... I've been doing extra exercise and counting the cals more strictly.
