hey i've never done a challenge before! Is it better to go back and edit your first post or repost the updated one? Or does it matter?

To make it easy, what most people do (I think) is just quote themselves,... remove the quote code (that is the notations) and just add their new weights. That will save you a bit of time.
Personally, I wish everyone just went back and edited their posts, but I think that might be a bit like herding cats.
 
Weighed myself last week, but had a difficult two weeks, Thank God I only slipped up a few times, but did not get discouraged and give up completely. I know the post is a week late, but I am back on track, and I figure, better late than quitting.

p.s. I have realized that french vanilla coffee with two pumps of caramel DOES put weight on you if you have a large one five times a week.... who knew:eek:

Hey guy!
Totally forgot to weigh in! 2 weeks after christmas is my daughters birthday, 2 weeks after that is my other DD birthday. So I try to work as much as possible! Even with all this going I lost 1 pound. Hopefully these next two weeks will be better than that. 1 week till DD 11th birthday and it will calm down..*fingers crossed*
