So... There's been a lot of good feedback for this, so here we go.
The January to March Challenge
In order to not infringe too much on the monthly challenges, I'll go ahead and do a biweekly sort pattern for the weigh ins.
Feel free to post any and all of your weight loss goals. If you're passionate about keeping your calorie intake under a certain amount, or if you want to set exercise goals for yourself, or want to include your measurements, go for it!

January 1st - 292. (damn, my weight skyrocketed up 6 lbs after New Year's eating binge! holy crap)
January 15th - 285.0... woo woo!!!!!! doing great so far!
January 31st -

Goal weight: 260 .... is my expected goal.
Ideal goal ... 250 .... would be really great.

If it pleases the great master Zod I'm proposing that I start a separate thread in the Before and After section for progression pics. (You can't post pics in the Challenges section). It's by no means a replacement but a supplement to this thread :)

Let me respectfully request that you allow everyone the opportunity to participate or not participate in this. I understand that some see this as a competition, but I'm certain some of us see this as a personal challenge to themselves. I just don't want anyone to be intimidated and feel like this a competition. That's one of the things that appeals to me about these challenges, that they are low pressure, and you're really not accountable to anyone but yourself.
