199 And Counting Down... Cassy's New Story

For those of you that have been with me through the first journal know I've had some serious highs and lows and REALLY LOW lows (new years :eek:)

It took a while to figure out this whole weight loss thing but now that i seem to have it down to a science it's been pretty smoothe sailing I decided that a Little lost wasnt the right title for my journal anymore. so I figured once I Got to Onderland I would start a new.
So here I am 199lbs and counting down
Heres to a whole new chapter:cheers2:

I actually spent quite a bit of time last night reading through much of the other one, so I'll probably be around paying some attention. :)

BTW the highs and the lows are why we're all here. so that we can support, congratulate, or listen... whatever it takes!

I gotta pop in here regularly now. And no, not just because of the avi :D

lol it took a while and a lot of reading and putting stuff together but it really is a science... and I'm sure i still have more to learn but at least I figured out how to make it all work together!
now i'm trying to pass on what i've learned to my sister in law... shes pretty excited to have my help... i just hope she sticks to it, she's one of those excuse makers lol... I pretty much have her reporting to me so i'll have to ride her ass lol
 
Ha Ha Ha Thanks, I had a hard time getting passed the gate for like a week... so I decided to scale the brick wall instead :p

I'm feeling a little run down today, very tired and iritated today... plus I'm a little sore. I think I'm going try to take it east today and maybe spend my quiet afternoon folding up some laundry or other low key chores and maybe even a quick power nap to try to get some energy. I definately still have to walk Alexis to school today and I might do an hour or so on the treadmill tonight if i'm feeling up to it but other then that it's going to be a slow day for me...
 
feeling a little better today... I did end up getting that hour on the treadmill which is better then nothing...
It's snowing like CRAZY outside, so it looks like I'm going to be shoveling a few feet of snow today and getting a full body workout... given i'm still feeling sluggish and sore (especially in the legs) i think this may replace my afternoon work out... i dont really want to do both and i dont have a choice but to shovel... but of course i'm still going to get in my 20 minutes of walking alexis to school and I will definately be throwing in some treadmill time as usual..
 
I have good news and bad news....
Bad news... the 2 ft of snow i shoveled for an hour this morning is back! (I Might leave the second round to hubby or the neighbour...)
Good News I weighed in this afternoon at 198.2... I'm thinking I'm here to stay in Onederland!
 
I DEFINATLY got a workout yesterday... either that our someone beat the crap out of me in my sleep cuz my body hurts! I'm not complaining... i like it lol... but if anyone ever wants to say shoveling snow is not a work out they can kiss my butt lol
 
Aren't you glad that you don't have a snow blower? Think of all the exercise that you'd be missing.
 
no kidding shoveling snow works my body harder then anything i do in my regular work out... mostly the places that I dont work out as much like my shoulders upper back and chest. I love it
 
this is true... but i'm not feeling it there so much... probably because I already focus a lot on that area to help my balance and posture so its used to it :p
 
the place I feel it the most actually is that place where your chest and arpit meets... where that little bit of chub tends to hang out lol... weird...
