19 yrs old...NEWBIE

Hey everyone, I'm 19 years old and want to get back into weight training. I started training back as a freshmen in HS and stopped since a couple years ago. I pretty much have the experience when it comes to which exercises to do and so on. But here my questions are regarding nutrition and supplements. I am 5' 9" and 164 lbs. My goal over the next few months is to hit 175 lbs. and of course gain muscle.

1) I am planning on eating a lot, so what kind of foods should I be eating and what kinds should I stay away from?
2) I'm planning on a weight gainer...I've been looking into EAS mass factor...what are you thoughts on that?
3) Should I be getting into the creatine and l-arginine/l-glutamine now or should I hold off on these things?

If you guys can offer me any other suggestions that would be great. Thanks.

2) commercial weight gainers are nothing more than sugar. make your own liquid drinks would better for you.

3) no use for other stuff now. get the basics down and a routine going. once you gain some experience and get some results, you will then know what you are capable of and will be in a better position to gauge if certain supplements help out.
