18yrs old and arms are solid how to in here

I WORK OUT AT HOME

well i started coz iv a fast motabalism and i just started one day coz i was skinny

and this is what happened

Used - compressed oxygen canister - about 6stone

i used this for one week 3hrs a day well night about 1am til 3am and had a few minuites to catch my breath and i picked it up one arm and put it down(not touching the floor) repeating this over and over


before workout - skinny 9stone and arms roughly 3inch width on muscle
1st week workout - arms increased size already to 4inch
2nd week workout - arms increased size to 4.5inch
3nd week workout - arms increased size to 5.3
one thing i notised iv got larger stomach and back mucle

and im still going

stomach i just did chunches with a waight on my stomach just 6 pack improvment :D
 
First off... Make sure you measured yourself BEFORE you lift and not after you lift... If you measure yourself after you lift, of course there will be significant difference...

Second... I highly doubt that you lifted for 3 hours straight properly... and the fact that you did it for 3 weeks straight without a break is even more shady... You never allowed your body to replenish it's energy stores, so to say that you did it properly for the entire 3 weeks is doubtful... Also that you just started out of the blue doing this and didn't have any sort of fatigue or soreness is odd...

Third... The type of exercise that you were doing was more of an endurance type of exercise... In order to increase muscle mass you must increase the stresses put on that muscle (via. increasing weight)... And considering you lifted the same weight for 3 weeks you may have toned the muscle, but that significant increase in muscle mass is unlikely...

Fourth... You say that you did this for 3 hours w/ one hand, so does it take 6 hours to do the entire thing?

Fifth... If you did crunches with weight on your stomach there is really no significant point of having the weight on your stomach in the first place.... Crunches are "trunk flexion" and while doing a crunch, all the weight is doing is laying on your stomach providing little to no resistance in that action...

But I think that is enough for now... This is just what I thought of without even really looking into it...
 
i gotta agree with Dex on that one. First off i want to add if this is true and it really did work then not only are you a wonder of the weight training world but well done!! you've done something most of us spend ages working for, its unlikely but well done......I would also suggest that a nine stone guy with three inch arms would not be able to properly lift a weight of that size let alone a oxygen tank. I am just ten stone and while i am 5,7 - 5,8 and i cant ift anywhere near 38 KG's and not only that but on one arm???
 
right its been long time since i posted and iv read ure stuff and i change the canister waights and bet bigger heavier ones as i go on i can do one arm now but at first i used 2 when i get to the one arm stage its better coz i can lift it with one arm over and over pumping up that muscle and then get heavier ones

compaired to what i looked like trust me it ****ing works :D
 
Considering you've never worked out before and now starting to is the reason why you're seeing results... but to come into a forum and tell people this without any support is pretty useless... You never addressed what Lexx and I talked about and from what other people have said when i showed them your post is that "it's bogus"...
