Hullo, everyone 
Thought I might as well start this.
Basics:
I'm an Eastern Asian 16-year old girl, and I'm about 5'7"~8" and basically in the mid-180 lbs. I recently joined.
Thursday: *start* Ran on the treadmill 1 mile, nonstop at 5mph. 185.2lb
Friday: Ran on the treadmill 1 mile, nonstop at 5mph. Scale malfunctioning
Saturday: Walked/Ran on the treadmill 1 mile, nonstop but at 3~6 mph. [was feeling sick]
Sunday: (today) ran on the treadmill 1 mile, nonstop at 5~6mph. 183.2lb
I know that weight goes up and down 1~3 lbs a day randomly, so I'm not exactly psyched or surprised at the teeny 2lb loss since Sunday.
I'm just proud that it's my fourth day sticking to this...I have trouble sticking to exercise plans, obviously.
