18 pounds to go!

Hello, Im fishie, and Im trying to get to 135 by end of July!

Summer has just started, leaving me with a bunch of free time to exercise! Im already on the start of Week 4 in c25k, still trying to finish 5 minutes straight of running. :rant:

On top of that Im going to be playing tennis with my friends, riding bikes with my sister, and maybe even going to the gym with my mom.

Ive already lost 57 pounds over the last 3 years, so Im going to finish the job before the new school year!

Well today was sore and painful. Sore because I played tennis for 40 minutes last night and my arms hurt now, and painful because my cramps feel like someone is stabbing my uterus with little plastic forks.

But Im eating better(meaning less), and Im gonna start recording what I eat so I dont eat too much(I think thats why Im not loosing as much as Id like each week)

Breakfast: 3 eggs and some chicken
Lunch: Fruit smoothie(soymilk and frozen fruit) and cashews
Snack: Salad w/ dressing and unsalted sunflower seeds
Dinner: Wholegrain/wheat pasta w/ turkey burger&tomato sauce

I think Ill try to stretch, lift weights, and walk on the treadmill tonight, but nothing too hard since whenever I try to run its like BAM! CRAMPS :banghead:

Im GOING to go run Week 4 now. Im going to FINISH IT. :gnorsi:

I might die but it will be worth it


WELL I got to 11:40! Then I got a side cramp and was in pain so I got off. But the day is still young so I WILL finish the run today! Just looked up how to avoid or endure side cramps so Im gonna use that new knowledge :)

Lunch: Brown rice & turkey burger w/ wasabi teriyaki sauce
Snack: Cashews & strawberry/banana smoothie
Dinner: 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup brown rice, salad w/ chicken & sunflower seeds

And 2 white peaches.... oink oink

I ALMOST FINISHED WEEK 4 DAY 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got to the final 5 minutes of running and only got 1 minute of it done, I was huffing and puffing and its REALLY hard to run when you cant breathe.

So I got 25 minutes of exercise so far today! :hurray:
Ewww Im still sweating

Breakfast: 3eggs w/ turkey burger
Lunch: Fruit shake(strawberry/white each/nana) YUMMMMMM & cashews. I RESISTED PANCAKES! HOT FLUFFY ONES. And chips. Im so proud of myself *teardrop*
Snack: A little piece of a (kinda)healthy berry pie me and my sister made for my dad. I didnt wanna eat it and it didnt even taste that good but I ate it to further convince my dad that it really didnt taste that horrible. So yeah. :) Happy Fathers Day!
Dinner: Wholewheat pasta w/ turkey burger sauce stuff, salad w/ lowfat dressing & sunflower seeds... and some angel food cake :( I didnt eat too much I just stole the top of it- Im betting 100 calories worth so not too bad ya know :)

Andddd a nanner, some strawberries, and half a white peach

Im starting to get a little definition on my legs! ;D
Cant wait until my flabby ass legs have some muscle!

About 40 minutes of tennis today!

My mom is going to get us a 6 month gym membership! :)

Its a really nice gym and it has a bunch of classes you can take, so I think Ill start off with a spinning class then move onto the "killer abs" and other painfully named classes!

AHHH I cant wait Im so excited!
