Day 7... feeling tired before work.
So today is my first day back at work in almost a week and i'm tired! Currently laid in bed but i'm about to get on the scales...
333lb.... another 2lb loss!
Today's food diary:
Breakfast
Boiled egg
Wholemeal warburtons tiny bread
Small amount of butter
1/2 tin of baked beans

Lumch:
Veg soup
Orange

Snacks:
Banana
Orange

Dinner:
Lean in 15 turkey burger with salad

Hey Feelgood, your calories are still mighty low to be sustainable (and to keep your energy levels constant) but other than that your food looks nice :)
 
Day 8... feeling refreshed!
Yesterday 3L of water seemed to be so easy to drink... in fact id drunk that before 1pm :) It did make me pee more though haha.

Today's food diary:
Breakfast:
2 chocolate wheatabix with skimmed milk

Lunch:
Jacob's ciabatta crackers with sweet chilli cheese spread
Chicken noodle cupasoup

Snack:
Banana and orange

Dinner:
2 pork loin steaks (all visiable fat removed), new potatoes, corn on the cob, broccoli and couliflour :)

Time for my daily weigh in...
Only a quarter of a lb lost but I am weighing myself everyday and i had a 2lb loss yesterday so i'm happy with that :)
 
Yesterday went well and I stayed completely on plan. I bought a blender so i've been able to prepare a smoothie to go with my lunch. My lunch time smoothie has kale, avocado, spinach, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and grapes. YUM. My girlfriend made us some overnight oats for the first time but I will have mine tomorrow as i dont want to overload on sugar by having fruit this morning as well as lots of fruit in my smoothie for lunch.
Today's mealplan:
Breakfast: beans on toast
Lunch: ham and cucumber warburtons thin with my HUGE smoothie
Dinner: quorn lasagne with salad which i will take for lumch tomorrow :) Time to hit the scales... another 0.5lb lost :) making it 2.5lb already this week :)
 
Overnight oats - slimming world recipe alert! They are delish.
2.5lbs is a great loss but be mindful of those calories my lovely...still very low. Quorn lasagne sounds gorgeous - I made the mistake of slow cooking quorn mince once and it was vile so I've been put off but maybe I'll try it again!
 
Day 10 (but it feels so much longer than that!)
Yesterday I stuck fully to plan and the quorn lasagne was DELICIOUS.
Todays food diary:
Breakfast:
2 x chocolate wheatabix with 1% milk

Lunch:
Leftover quorn lasagne and salad

Dinner:
Slow cooked veg curry with rice.

Time to step on the scales... only a quarter pound off but its still progress :)
 
Congratulations! A measurable loss every day is phenomenal and a quarter pound a day would put you at a very nice weight loss pace :)
 
Mm I love slow cooked veg chilli - what do you put in yours? We do chickpeas and mushrooms and like 3 peppers and tomatoes.
 
You are doing really well Feel Good. Seeing a steady loss is a great incentive to continue. Keep doing what you're doing & you'll be kicking off those milestones. Your food sounds delicious :)

Hey sunflower thanks for commenting :) I put in mangtout, sugar snap peas, asparagus, sweet potato and tender stem broccoli :) it was lovely to say it was my first time making it x

I really really wish my bad chest would clear up so i can get to the gym! When i do go to the gym i will be upping my calorie intake a little to give me some extra energy.

Overnight oats with banana and blueberries

Lunch:
Quorn lasagne and salad

Dinner:
A delicious lean in 15 chicken recipe which involves covering a chicken breast in parmesan and mozerella! YUM!! So looking forward to this x
 
Just stepped onto the scales and BOOM there goes my first stone lost. Feeling amazing right now!! Most i've ever lost in my life x
 
Day 12.Yesterday I stayed on plan with my meal diary - i fancied something sweet last night so I had a chocolate covered rice cake which was lovely and much healthier than it could have been!
Today's food plan:
Breakfast: weightwatchers beans and 2 chicken (HEK) sausages. I love that these sausages are only 70cal for 2!! I may have a hash brown and a slice of toast with this as it's saturday but i'm not sure yet.

Lunch:
Soup and a warburtons thin

Dinner:
Chilli con carne (5% fat beef mince) and jacket potato

Weight results: 1lb lost :)
