hey guys, before I share you my photos, I like to say one thing. whenever I needed help or motivation, I would go on here and look at all of the successful photos. Looking at it kept me going so I want to say thanks for sharing.

Now that I've reached my goal, I would like to contribute some of that and hopefully, I will inspire someone else just like how I was inspired by some of yours.

Updates:

For the past 3 months, things have become like a rollarcoaster! In deed I should of listened to you The Hybrid but I didn't so in September I felt bloated and I believed I weighed 6 pounds more.

Now it may not be a lot but on a short guy like me, that's like a double digit to you tall and bigger folks! :p

Well anyways, I really pushed myself HARDER this time and in October, it was one of the happiest month ever because it was the FIRST time in my LIFE I saw my own 6 packs.. like I couldn't stop staring at the mirror for awhile haha. and it didn't end there, I kept on going and I even lifted harder

New pics:

September: when I regained 6 lbs - 136

Great job...you should be proud!

I am also maintaining my loss at this point...that can be harder than losing in the first place!

thank you for the comment, everyone is so nice here :D

True, it is going to be hard to maintain my weight, ever since I reached 130, I haven't been doing much running and I'm starting to eat whatever I want.. This was all in a time period of 3 days and I've gained .6 lbs and I know it isn't much but it'll add up if I don't start hauling ass around here again..

thanks for the comment guys =] glad i motivated at least one person lol

yeah atm I'm training pretty hard on my abs, I really want that 6 pack but I think I need to lose a few more pounds.. which I really don't want to do because I don't want to be so skinny, it just doesn't seem like me.
