16 year old male looking to loose fat and gain muscle

I am 16 years of age. I am 6'2.5 and around 210 lbs. I have lifted weight here and there and I am pretty strong. I would like to loose weight and gain muscle mass. Im not looking to improve my numbers but to look fit and feel fit.WE have a gym in our house that has everyhting but a treadmill. I really dont eat that much its just that im lazy and I have a low metabolism.Whats are some things I could do to loose fat quickly and effectivly.I am gonna begin to lift weight with my dad next week.Please help me..
 
well losing fat is very hard while you're lazy.. but with hard work & commitment it's easy (easy lol).. eating 6 HEALTHY meals a day, getting enough protein, and making sure you're avoiding catabolism.. diet is #1 most important.. but as for an exercise to burn fat i reccomend sprints & explosion exercises! they work wonders for me..

i've also heard HIIT does great things for cutting fat.. but im not too knowladgeable on that topic.. gram, aevans, or evo could tell you more about that..
 
Well where are they.. Becuase im not much of a eater and Im sure I could stick to a diet..Im just waiting on it to get a bit warmer so I can start running and stuff.I feel as if i could become dedicated to a nice workout routine and diet.I can pretty much cut sweets out..I just need a solid diet that I can follow.
 
We have lots of diet and protein supplements here at my house like creatine shakes,creatine pills,NO2 pills and lots of vitamins.
 
read that and you will know what HIIT is/does. its the best way to lose fat, and stop catabolism

Should I just do this HIIT until I cant do it anymore or till I find a goal? Also would it be good to maybe do this HIIT everyday maybe 2 times a day?
 
5 to 6 times a day and i reccommend only doing in the evening after youve done every thing that requires energy cause you will be dead fooking tired, the whole point of HIIT (in my mind) is to go until you cant do it any more, and if you can do it for more than 20 minutes or twice a day your either a SUPER DUPER athlete, or your doing it wrong, more likely the latter.
