i've had a fat face ever since i could remember, and im not overweight, except for in my face
i was curious to what could help me lose fat in this area

ive heard water is important?
and cardio?
does the type matter?

any feedback would be appreciated

You may be accustomed to holding water. Best thing to combat this is drink at least 1 gallon of water throughout the day. This will help excrete excess water from your body.

You can also try and be conscious on how much sodium you are taking in as sodium will promote water storage in the body.

Just a thought.

However, if it is fat, the only way you will lose that is by a sound diet/cardio/weight training program.

ohh

i do some cardio
but not nearly enough

ive been thinking about running on my treadmill again on a common basis
should i still drink a gallon of water per day?

and how long do you think results might start to get noticed?

You will lose body fat from all areas simultaneously. It is impossible to specifically target one area. Thus, dial in the diet, train, and do cardio, and watch the fat peel off everywhere, including the face.

Good luck.
