16 need help

I would start with cardio, and light wight, not to add more weight to your body, and make sure your eating habit is right.

How about we start with your diet first. Can you give us an example of what you are eating on a typical day. You won't see results unless you have the proper diet no matter what exercise you are doing.

it really depends on your fitness level... have you worked out before? 1st thing is to look at your diet and start making small tweaks to healthier nutrition (diet is responsible for 60-80% of our body) then start working out... body weight exercises are key for beginners and start some light cardio. But not just cardio alone.

Yes, it is true. You will want to start with a good nutrtion plan.

Also, for right now, you need a good understanding on your specfic muscle groups and what exercises traing them. You can read up on here and other sources and strat out with a good personal trainer.
