First pic was taken after 6 years with no training at all and pretty much only junk food consumed every day during those 6 years
Second pic after 16 months of hard training and proper nutrition. I took the second pic a few days ago and I weigh 3 or 4 kg more than I did at the first pic where I was just plain fat and untrained.
Trying now to just add size, and I want my arms bigger. Anyone got any feedback or suggestions?
