16 months progress, before and after

First pic was taken after 6 years with no training at all and pretty much only junk food consumed every day during those 6 years :p Second pic after 16 months of hard training and proper nutrition. I took the second pic a few days ago and I weigh 3 or 4 kg more than I did at the first pic where I was just plain fat and untrained.

Trying now to just add size, and I want my arms bigger. Anyone got any feedback or suggestions?

I'm too tired right now to give any advice, but those are some good results you've had so far. Congratulations :)
 
WOW! I can make that turn around too. I don't take a lot of junk food but I do smoke a lot and I drink much more than an average person has. I am now masterminding my rehab of some sort. Congratulations and thanks for the inspiration!
