also any tips to tone my pecs and abs?

It all starts with your nutrition, my friend. The added exercise is also there to help you reach your caloric needs. Analyze the way you eat, set into effect another eating style, and then add aerobic and anaerobic exercise into the picture to help burn calories and move yourself toward being a leaner individual. Hope it works out.

abs are mainly diet. But exercise wise there are the good old crunches and ridiculous amount of varients, but recent research is starting to show other ab work is more effective - planks, side planks and other ab exercises are the best.

i agree with the previous posters. All my girl mates say they would like idealy a 6 pack and the equally toned body. That does not mean biceps the size of Texas and stick legs. Just a good balance of leanless and muscle is the general idea im getting from them all

I don't want this to sound condescending at all because when I was 15 I hate f-ing every adult on the planet that implied they too were 15 at one time. Ha ha. But...... 15 is right in the developmental stage of a persons life and as much as good quality calories are super-important, counting calories I think might not be so important. This is just my opinion of course. For adults it's much easier to calculate BMR than it is teens. There is so much structural change going on, especially if you're a dude (Benny=dude?). Bone density, skeletal muscle mass doubles - etc etc. How many teens did you know that were jumbo size in spring and JCVD when summer break ended? I knew a tone in the yesteryears of life... ha ha.

I guess all I'm suggesting.... and take my opinion with a grain of salt .... is that you should eat lots of good calories and do tons of good exercise because those decisions will stick with your body for years.
