15 year old trying to build upper body

hi im a 15 year old rugby player and i am trying to build bigger pecs, abs and arms. My legs are already pretty muscular from a lot of bike riding. I have dumbells and a chest expander but i still cant seem to get visible pecs. i usually do 3x10 reps of 10kg dumbell bench press and 3x10 rep of biceps curls. I also use my chest expander but only occasionally. I swim 2 times a week but cant seem to work off excess fat around my belly any recommendations for strength training and weight loss ?

What is a chest expander?
And if all you have is one set of dumbbells, you won't make much progress. You need to increase the weight to build up.
 
Dumbell flyes, Pushs with close hand position, Push ups with feet elevated and Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullovers are all good compound exercises to build your chest shoulders and triceps. If your 15 and a rugby player I dont think you should focus on weight loss as you need to have good body mass to compete in my experience.
