WI'm a 15 year old male who weighs approximately 128bs and is around 5 feet 11 inches tall. I eat the same breakfast practically everyday, a fairly big lunch that is the same 4 days of the weeks and I have dinner everyday, but I don't eat that healthy. I have avaible to me a bowflex and weights up to 50 lbs. I have alot free time and motivation to improve my abs, pecs and biceps, but I don't have much experience working out.Can anyone help me with a good workout plan on how to do this and maybe even some healthier foods or protein shakes I could have. It would be greatly appreciated if you helped me and thanks for speeding your time to read this.
