15% body fat ykes!I need help to lower my body fat.

My weight is 161 and my body fat lvl is 15% yikes!What is the best way to burn fat ?HIT cardio?Or just keep lifting weights.
 
how tall are you? and how did you measure your body fat? most ways of measuring are highly inaccurate. If you feel fat, and see that you are too fat, then sure, cut, but dont cut just because your body fat measuring came inn a bit high, because usually its bull. Hell, i got measured to 24 % body fat once, i was 6'4 and about 180 lbs.
 
My height is 5'9 28 years old.The guy from the slimmers world measure my body fat lvl by using the electronic machine,that one that i have to hold on it.I want to lower my body fat lvl because my six pack is not showing up.My goal is to have a model type body not a body builder body.

ugh. Those machines are way off. This hand-held machine once told me I was 23% body fat and I saw a picture of a transformation of a guy starting at 20% body fat and I looked way leaner. I think 13% is around a flat stomach. And past 16% you start showing gut. So you can estimate your body fat better then those machines. But if you truly want to know then get body fat calipers.

If your goal is a six-pack your going to need some developed abs first. Try to clean bulk about 5-10 pounds so to add muscle to your core. Then start cutting back so therefore you will see it. Otherwise if you cut back and have no six-pack your just gonna look skinny and weak.
