Hi there.

For various reasons, to numourous to go into right now, I have given myself 140 days to change both my body and mindset to a more positive level.
I started 6 days ago when I weighed in at an awful 253lbs. Only 136 days to go in order to turn things around!

My job involves driving alot and I don't have an office. As such I rarely get access to a computer as my wife monopolizes it in the evenings ;)

I do, however, have a web-browser on my phone, so i keep a detailed diary of my trials and tribulations on a seperate website that is easy to access via my handset.

I will be using this thread to post weightloss celebrations as they occur.

Fingers crossed....

Just weighed in and got a nice suprise!

I know that I have changed some dreadful habits as well as at least an hour cardio each day, but I am still pleasently supprised by the loss :)

The first pounds are always the easiest. Now comes the test of long-term commitment....

Game on!
