140Days

This new Journal is my third on this site. The first two ran consecutively for exactly 140 days each, and met with various success.
The first Journal (The long road to new year) had me committing 100% rather late in the days, yet saw me loose 30 pounds. I can only imagine my progress had I given 100% from day one.
The second Journal (140 days to a better me) was committed to 100% from day one. I incorporated much more physical activity into my efforts as well as start a 'progressive video' of myself over the stages of weight loss. These will all be put together in exactly 140 days and posted in the photos section. This 140 day period saw me loose another 23 pounds, bringing my total weight-loss to 53 pounds.
Now I find myself 25 pounds away from my goal weight. The weight loss is one thing, the toning and muscle-build is a completely different matter. This Journal will cover my last 140 days as I complete my 420 day journey.
The date has been set: October 13th. By then, ready or not, I will post my before, during and after pics plus a video charting my progress. I will be accountable for the time and effort I have put into this mission. I will be successful!

, but didn't manage to get any cardio or weights done. Work has me presenting a course tomorrow and I am a stickler for 'preparation'.
