14 years old, wanna get chiseled

im 14, 5'5 120 12% body fat. im real strong and have muscle but i wanna get my body fat to about 6% and get a six pack. any workout/nutrition advice ?
 
you don't really need to get it there,
not at your age.

it wouldn't be to healthy,
post some pics,
and let us criticize.
