I am pretty cut like I have 6 pack abs , pecs and lats arms but not obliques :\ some reason no matter how hard I train my obliques they never develop is it cause i'm young? and when i started to workout i was fat i weighed 175 pounds but I lost alot of weight but I don't have obliques :\ I have women curves :\ Please help

You will have obliques, trust me. If you didn't you wouldn't be able to stand up.
Please don't become one of the image obsessed teens who damages themselves by trying to achieve levels of bodyfat that aren't recomended for adults and downright dangerous for the future development of teens and children.
I did remedial training years ago and fortunately only assisted with one case where a youngster had done this and needed help from another trainer I knew at age 35. Im not going to give horror stories, let me just say I admired my friend for what they were doing and was glad to be able to help them a couple of times, enough to say let yourelf develop to adulthood before doing anything too extreme.
If anyone is judging you for not having defined edges all around your obliques they aren't worth knowing. If you can see all abs then some definition of your obliques is already there.
Train sensibly, keep bodyfat within safe healthy bounds, I will let you find out what this is as you are below it, and remember that the body uses bodyfat to protect organs without skeletal protection, and some of those will be developing and need more protection now then at any other non child-bearing time of your life.
Enjoy training is always priority 1, I have said it many times and stand by it. Be safe in what you do is high on the list too, and much as many of the things I do would be dangerous to many, I can do it because I have always been crazy and built up to it.
