Good frame to work with. But you definately need to pack on the muscle. BULK! I want to see your progress, cause you're starting really young, you've got a lot of potential.
If i was you, i would bulk until i was about 170 or 180, then i would cut, and throughout the whole time, i would GET A TAN. cuz noone looks good with muscle if there white and dark lol
id ignore just about everything that people have written above.
you are 14 so bulking and cutting now will only mess up your natural growth. you have 6 or 7 years of your body forming its own shape and forcing it into doing one particularly thing will make you do neither effectively.
keep eating well, dont think about it too much just avoid the really unhealthy stuff for the sake of your general health. with your physique you can afford to eat a lot lot more so dont start on the whole obsessive bulk/cut/must be perfect mindset just yet.
also, you're 14. there's much much more to growing up that all this.
