14 y/o fitness tips

I eat fairly well, I don't eat too much junk foods. I bike about 2/3 miles every weekday and 5/6 on a weekend. I started lifting smaller weights a couple of weeks ago (around 2.5 kg). I lift for about half an hour twice a day every other day. Is there anything else that I could do to help me keep fitter/get stronger?

This with your current cardio and endurance and adding stretches will give you a very rounded fitness, and Goldie's session will add the strength.
If in doubt on technique ask, Goldfish has a number of technique videos and we can usually give advice here. Messing up technique will slow development at best and injure you at worst, don't do it.
