1200 Calorie Diet Club

hey there ladies!!!

I'm horrible about finding all the places i need to post things =) I have all of my calories listed in my journal as well, but it is good to post them with ya'll too so that we can keep one another accountable...

breakfast:
yogurt/granola/berries (165,14)
20 oz h2o

lunch:
egg white omelete w/ veggies & cheese (125, 60)
diced potatoes (140, 54)
english muffin w/ jam (182, 8)
32 oz h2o

snack:
coffee (100)
dark chocolate (100, 60)

dinner:
reduced fat triscuts (180, 37)
grapefruit juice (90,0)

late night dinner 2:
pasta w/ tomato sauce (180, 15)

total cals: 1262, 248 (thru dinner)


I'm kind of mad at myself because i had lunch and a snack ready and took them to work, and then ditched them both to go out with co-workers... tomorrow i will DEFINATELY eat them!!!! I'm sticking to the plan!!!! At least i had an egg-white omelet instead of a regular one...

well... i was planning on eating something around midnight when my fiancee got home (he works until 11 and then we stay up until 2) - but i fell asleep at 9:30 and just woke up now (2am) and I was starving... and was under my calories for the day... so i ate a little leftover pasta to add to my totals.

Oh Going To Do My Walk Away The Pounds Dvd Right Now So I Will Be Back! Then In A Few Hours I Am Doing My Biggest Loser Dvd #1 Its A New Month And I Am Going To Do The Biggest Loser Dvd Like I Am Suppose To For 6 Weeks And Post The Results! I May Not Have Been Able To Folow Through On The Rice Diet But I Sure Am Gonna On This Biggest Loser Dvd!!!!!
