1200 Calorie Diet Club

So....if you will remember, I lost 0 lbs this past week. Well...I changed my weigh-in day to Mondays instead of Fridays and....

I LOST 3 LBS!!!!!!!!!!

I seriously kicked butt this past weekend because I wanted to break through this 'plateau' and it worked!!!
 
I'm joining this group if that's o.k. with everyone?!?

I really need some accountability somewhere to help me stick with my diet. I usually try to stick around 1000 cals. a day, but lately haven't been doing so well.

I'll keep you posted.

Oh, by the way, below is a great salad recipe for a little change to your diet. It is my absolute favorite summer salad. Try it, you'll love it!

1 Bag Baby Spinich Greens
1 small red onion
1 small carton of strawberries
Sunflower seed garnish
Low-Cal Raspberry Vinagrette

Slice Strawberries, chop onion, toss with spinich greens, garnish with sunflower seeds, add dressing to taste.
 
Okay Already went pass my calorie count :eek: I had a sweet tooth and I went to starbucks:eek: I had me a new Banana coconut VENTI w/ whip topping. Yummy:p But then I realized i was counting calories, so I looked it up and it is 730 calories :mad: Hey at least I got that out of my system and tryed it already. So for now on I am going to stick with my TAZO passion tea plain. I love that drink and a WENTI is only 120.

I learned my lesson. So from breakfast to now I have had a toatl of 1370cals. And for dinner we are having turkey burgers. but i think I will not include the buns and add veggies instead of chips or fries. So I'll eat my burger with those big romaine lettuce. Good deal.... Okay I am off to try to burn some cals. Ny cleaning my casa, Ya'll be good and stay within your range. Don't do as I do, Do as I say...... J/K my dad always says that. LOL!!!!! Drink your WATER
 
hey there ladies!!! I'm trying to keep this up and watch my calories as well... be sure to check out the article i posted in the "news" and "nutrition" section about foods that fill you up! it is sooo helpful.

I'm doing really good on food - my goal is between 1200-1400 cals, and so far, for the past three days I have stuck with it! (i just have to eat a fruit bar instead of ice cream for dinner :eek: )

I wanted to do my dvd, but its soooo flippin hot here, AND i've had a headache/migrain for 2 straight days, so I don't have it in me. Hopefully the headache will go away soon and its supposed to really cool down after today, so I'll get it in real soon
