I totally didnt' screw up yest! I'm so proud! (although I can't take total credit)
SO yest I had an egg san. for breakfast (yes on whole grain bread) about 8:30 in the morning. Then at 12:30 I had BK. chick sand. and small fry w/ water, not pop (thats a huge improvement!) and although the chick was bad for the diet, I didnt' eat again till 8:00 at night! I BEGGED hubby to let me go get a pizza (I was STARVING and grouchy) but he refused (remember, he's on a diet too) so I had 1/2 turkey burger and some peas, thats it! So I'm sure the chick san. didn't ruin my diet. OH! and I did not have 1 pc of the cheesecake!!! WHOO HOO!!
So I'm hapy and ready to face the day. Last day to loose a pound before weigh in tommorrow!
