Today, so far I have eaten...

Breakfast: granola bar (110 cal)
Snack: Medium pear (96 cal)
Lunch: Ham sandwich & garden salad (400 cal)

2 store bought bean and cheese burritos (660 cals)
2 white cheddar rice cakes (70 cals)

I felt like I was eating all day so I am suprised that I was able to stay in my range! I still don't understand how I did that!!!

lol, no need to get me, I'm here!

I totally didnt' screw up yest! I'm so proud! (although I can't take total credit)

SO yest I had an egg san. for breakfast (yes on whole grain bread) about 8:30 in the morning. Then at 12:30 I had BK. chick sand. and small fry w/ water, not pop (thats a huge improvement!) and although the chick was bad for the diet, I didnt' eat again till 8:00 at night! I BEGGED hubby to let me go get a pizza (I was STARVING and grouchy) but he refused (remember, he's on a diet too) so I had 1/2 turkey burger and some peas, thats it! So I'm sure the chick san. didn't ruin my diet. OH! and I did not have 1 pc of the cheesecake!!! WHOO HOO!!


So I'm hapy and ready to face the day. Last day to loose a pound before weigh in tommorrow!

Can I Join In?

Hello!
I was hoping to join in on the 1200 calorie thing.

Today I've had a Yogurt Smoothie for breakfast - about 200 calories
4 oz plain yogurt
1 Banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1 Tbsp P-nut butter (for the protein)

(I've also had 16 oz of water so far)

Lunch: Ham sandwich (290)

I have a question... I am having friends over tomorrow for dinner and am serving heavy foods. Is it ok to go below 1200 cals for just one day if I know I am going to go over the next? Or is that just too unhealthy? I know I am going to have too many cals tomorrow night just because of what I am making (smoked ribs, tenderloin, & chicken with all the fixins). I am trying to figure out how I can avoid messing up my diet and still be able to eat what I am feeding my friends.
 
I Really Think You Should Stay With Your 1200 Then Maybe Tomorrow Try And Eat Real Light Till Dinner ,and Then Still Try And Watch What You Eat I Know That Is A LOT Easier For Me To Tell U Then To Do It ,maybe Get In Some Extra Exercise To Help Make Up For The Extra Calories

Thanks Tammy Lynn. I will try to get my 1200 today then eat teeny tiny cals until dinner tomorrow. The good thing is that I just baked a very lite dessert for tomorrow...Angel food cake w/ crushed berries...MMMM!!! That way I can have a little dessert too. I won't get to exercise tomorrow before my friends show up because smoking meat is an all day activity and I have 2 toddlers to boot! :p I will just have to really mind my P's and Q's. Of course, I can grab my 3 lb weights for a few minutes every now and then, but no longs walks or anything like that for me tomorrow.
 
The bad thing is that I went really low on cals so far today since I didn't know what I should do. I am going to have to add in some cals at dinner...UGH...I wish I would have had them earlier in the day. Oh well...I plan to work on my landscaping tonight so hopefully they won't stick to me overnight!
