1200 Calorie Diet Club

okay girls - seeing as how i hurt my butt and can't really exercise - I really need to watch what I eat... so I'm here to stay for a few days!!!

I took someone's suggestion and I'm going to try to limit myself to 30 g fat a day - which is 270 calories from fat... and I'm trying my hardest to do it!!!

here is my plan for today, with the exception of lunch (b/c i don't know what it is yet)

breakfast:
special k red berries w/ skim (150 - 2.5)

snack:
apple (75 - 2)

lunch:
unknown - catered lunch at work

snack:
fat free fig newtons (200 - 0)

dinner:
corn bread casserole (360 - 120)

dessert:
frozen yogurt (140 - 30)

total cals: 925 w/o lunch
total fat cals: 154.5
h2o:
exercise:


let's do it ladies!!!

by the way - in calgary - if you want to give us some constructive criticism, I'm sure that it can't hurt!!!! Just be nice about it =) that's what we are here to do, support one another, and if we are making mistakes, the best thing to do would be to offer suggestions and point them out!!!
 
ok this is my morning so far
shake (diet) 220 cals and 25 cals from fat
 
thanks katie i always wondered how to use the fat calories i think that is a great bit of info for us!

Ok I Was Up At 3am So I Already Have 930 Cals In Today But I Am Just Going To Do A Salad And Smart One Dinner For Supper And I Will Do Good! I Am Going To Try To Up My Water From 64oz To 80 Oz And I Am Going To Do My Leslie Dvd And The Bl Dvd Weight Training! Oh And Korrie You Can Be Proud Of Me I Done 25 Crunches With Me 8 Pound Hand Weights Before Bed Last Night!

I'm afraid i'm slipping a bit?? i'm allowing myself a little something each day, I have to quit that!!

tommorrow i'm going to be gone all day so i'm worried about that too!
 
OK I WEIGHED THIS MORN AND IT SAID 229.0 I WAS 229.8 SI THIS IS SLOW BUT I THINK IT MAY BE MUSCLE WEIGHT WHERE I AM EXCERCISING SO I AM KEEPING ON TRACK AND NOT GETTING DISCOURAGED! i KNOW THE NUMBERS WILL CHANGE AND USUALLY ALL AT ONCE FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN OUT OF ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay - yesterday I had a HUGE slip-up for lunch... but today I did MUCH BETTER!!!! Let's stick with this ladies! You all look like you are doing a good job!

Try your very very hardest not to get tempted by donuts and cake... those are the things that are going to keep us maintaining instead of losing!!! I'm not any better (see my twix breakdown below!)

breakfast:
special k red berries w/ skim (150 - 2.5)

snack:

lunch:
salad bar - lettuce, egg, mushrooms, carrots, raisins (150 - 50)
cottage cheese (100 - 20)
light yogurt (60 - 0)

snack:
fat free fig newtons (200 - 0)
bit size dark chocolate twix (40 - 20)
coffee (50 - 10)

dinner:
will be homemade tacos - will fill in ingredients later =)

dessert:
1/2 c. frozen yogurt (140 - 30)

total cals: 965
total fat cals: 134.5
h2o: 36 oz


keep it up!!!!!

We soo owe it to ourselves to loose weight! We have no choice in the matter, its either loose, slowly is better than nothing, or gain!

Ok I Weighed In 229 Only .8 Loss But I'll Take It I Know I Have To Be Patient It Will Come Off Anyways I Am Going To Post My Food In A Bit I Am Up Late So It Will Be Brunch!
