A few years back I hit a high of 330 pounds. Slowly managed to take off 120 pounds so far and still trying to lose another 30.
I have a height of 6'1 so I'm thinking 180 would be a good weight for me. Anyways Just wanted to post my progress so far. Trying to work out 5 days a week and watch what I eat( which is sometimes hard as I'm a line cook xD)
