12 Weeks To Changing My Life

Hi Guys,
Thought Id set this journal up to highlight my 12 week program I intend to do to get me in better shape and improve the miserable life I have at the moment.

TUESDAY 25 MARCH 2008
Height:6'2 Inches Weight:12 Stone 8 Pounds


Im going to try and push myself as hard as possible and try and workout between 1 hour to 1 hour 30 mins each workout and do swimming as well to lose my unwanted body fat.
Im also going to have to cut out junk food and alcohol(the latter is going to be very hard as I struggle to go 2 days without a drink due to all the stress ive had over the last few years).

You keep this fire "stable" that burns inside you to change your life throughout your personal quest in diet and fitness, and you will look in the mirror one day and see the results you seek.

None of us strive to be a personal trainer/nutritionist, but when we cannot hire one, we do in fact have to be one ourselves. Seek all the information you can. Dont ever stop. Take this knowledge and blend it within the logistics of your changing lifestyle. Learn how to adapt and modify it to your personal particulars, and apply "enough of you" to get the job completed.

And you WILL ROCK! Yes, you will ROCK and never look back and leave everyone eating your dust.......KICK IT UP BABY! KICK IT UP! :)

Weight: 12 Stone 7 Pounds

Didnt really do much at the Gym yesterday, tried to lift a few weights but dont have the strength I used to. Ah well its only the start, in the night people were having a drink in ours but I managed to resist temptation and just drank tap water all night and I didnt feel so bad.
Bit sore today but Ive managed to lose a pound so not a bad start :D
