12 weeks to a new ME!!

:waving: Good-bye 50 lbs here comes the new me! I have to lose 50 lbs in 12 weeks. I woke up this week and I am 50 lbs heavier. I know it didn't happen over night but it sure seems like it. So to take back my life here is my plan. I am saying it here so all that read will including myself will hold me accountable.

Meals:
3 meals a day
3 snacks
No Fat, No Starch, No Caffine, No Alcohol! Well mainly salad, vegs, and my protein drink
Work Out:
6 days a week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday with Trainer
Tuesday, Thursday at Curves with my mom
Saturday, Sunday work out on my own

Current Weight: 178
Goal Weight for End of Week: 173
End Weight for 12 weeks: 130
 
:hurray:Congrats on making the decision to get healthier! It sounds like you have a well-thought-out plan.

My only concern is that you might be expecting it to come off a bit too fast. Its possible, don't get me wrong, but like you said, it didn't happen overnight. If you have the dedication, you will be at your goal before you know it.

I found that if I restrict too many things, I crave them, and I seem to be hungrier. Let yourself have a treat once in a while. Nothing too unhealthy, but enough to satisfy the urge.
