12 week 50lb fitness challenge

Hi everyone,

It was a little over a month ago I started a 12 week plan of action to lose 50lbs or more. So far I lost about 25lbs into 5th week now.

I have been blogging about it and feel like crap because last week I lost nothing!!! This is a huge challenge for me and I am starting to feel the pressure but I have to make it work!

When I started August 3, 2009 I weighed 424.4lbs and now I am at 400.2lbs trying to get into the 3 zone. I have to admit that this weight loss thing is not easy but I am really trying to do it and feel like this has to work.

I know it has been a minute since I posted but just wanted to update everyone on what I have been up to and how I have been doing.
