What a tremendous change. The descriptions of the improvements in your health are just amazing, as are your tales of what you can do now and you're looking just great and happier too. Thank you. You're a real testament to the health benefits of losing weight and getting fit and you have given me something to really think tonight.

Congratulations. You look great! I wish my dog was smart enough to run with me---he's not so good on a leash.

PS- I saw no man boobs!!!

Oh Wolfy isn't easy to run! I need to carefully warm up before a run, because he's pulled me over in pursuit of a squirrel / deer before, and has injured me. I'm sure that being leashed to him burns a lot more calories than normal jogging or running. The first mile is always the hardest - with a big husky pulling you - its harder!

I'm also a 43-year-old guy and has been on the "life-changing" journey for about 9 months. I'm 5 foot 10 and weighted 225 pounds in April 2006. I was in poor health (pretty much all the symptons you described in your emails). Then I started to change my diet and exercise habits, and I've lost 46 pounds since then.

My final goal is 165 pounds and you are definitely quite an inspiration to me!
