I'm 150lbs and 5ft 9.
I recently achieved my goal of losing a stone in weight and I've started to work out regularly, I just wanted to let you guys see my pic and tell me if I should continue cutting or start doing heavy weights to build. I'm also hitting my head against a brick wall about getting rid of my chest fat so I'm worried about building muscle n making the boobs worse!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
