I've been doing it since March this year.. my main thing is just not eating after 6 and eating less (a LOT less) than I used to and nothing bad execpt of course on my cheat days :D
I didn't start working out until I lost 50 pounds

And everyone's so so proud of me. In fact since I finally passed 100 pounds lost my gmaw is giving me $100 lol

You look really awesome, 101lbs in 6 months is crazy. You look like a different person. What kinds of foods you eat by the way.

Thank you so much :)
Until just recently I was eating foods from Morning Star. But now I want to start making my own meals because they're working better for me. I'm just stuck and don't know what to make yet :D

You look amaaaaazing!!!!!! Wow, you are incredible and you look sooo good! You must feel great too.

I like Morning Star food too. My favorite is their broccoli bites. Did you become a vegetarian or do you just like their food?

I just love their food :D I wasn't much of a meat eater before and with their food I don't have to worry about biting into anything... that's why meat scares me lol but I do love seafood

Thank you :)

To be honest when I lost the 50 pounds I ate things that weren't so healthy... I just didn't eat after 6pm.
I ate the chicken chunks at the deli where I work, which is pretty much fried chicken w/ sweet bbq sause. Which is just an example of how bad I ate :blush5:
And then I didn't keep track of my calories, I was still very new to dieting then. I droped the first 50 very quickly.

And right now I'm not getting enough calories so I'm trying to figure a way to get my body use to eating more.

That's the way to do it though. You whittle away at bad habits and keep making changes as you go. Before you know it...well, you've lost 100 pounds!

Great work! You should be very proud. You are looking mighty wonderful! Congratulations!
