100lbs Need to Go - No excuses this time

AThings r going well still eating wise..not excercise wise though.

Yesterday I ate cereal for breakfast, I wholegrain nutty salad that I bought from m&s with a little hummus and carrot sticks then I had an Apple. Dinner was garlic ckn with peas carrots and rice. My treat yesterday was a snack size hershey bar which I jst nibbled and sucked in my mouth it was the longest time I've ever spent eating a chocolate bar lol.

Today went well too until dinner time. Breakfast I had a banana then lunch was a nutty salad the same as yesterday (2 for £3) I had a count in us chocolate mousse and an Apple then by time I got home from work I was ravenous.I had a slice of toast with peanut butter and a few too many biscuits. My dinner was a gammon steak with peas and a few oven chips. So I don't think I ate real badly just that I ate a few things all at the same time. I would normally have had a yogurt with my banana at breakfast but had no time to go to the shop today. So need to eat more at Breakfast and make sure I have an afternoon snack so I'm not starving come dinner time.
I also should've went to the gym today but did not. I live about 40miles away from my work and need to get 2 buses so if I go to the gym after work I don't get home til 9pm and I get up at 6.10am and bed time is 10pm. Some people say having no time is an excuse the thing is I would have plenty of time if I didn't have to wait an 1hr for a bus home after coming out the gym if u know what I mean. So I'll jst have to make my gym nights the nights I stay with my bf as its just 7mins on the train to his house which suits just fine.

Little slip up today but nothing I will worry about.
 
Well done on picking yourself up from your lil slip honay. See thats the most important thing, our attuiude towards food. We can have a bite of the bad stuff here and there but it doesn't mean we 'broke out' or 'wreaked' our eating for the day.


So proud of you girly, keep up that positive thinking and you will be skinny in no time:) xxx
 
ASo today could've been worse I suppose. Again healthy breakfast and healthy lunch then by dinner time was so so so hungry. So hungry in fact I felt sick and this was jst 20mins after I ate the Apple and grapes. So I had a slice of toast and peanut butter, a cadbury's caramel then my dinner was fish chips and beans and then I had like a cornetto type cone thing. I know I've eaten a lot again but it could've easily been a whole pack of biscuits and more if I really wanted too so I'll take it on the chin but if anyone has some ideas for afternoon snacks that will fill me up is love to know cos obviously fruit isn't working **sigh**
 
Stay away from those chips girl, they don't sound good for our future sexay booties:D

Thanks for stopping by my diary and well wishes. I'm feeling better now..not 100% but better! I'm going to go back to exercising tomorrow morning...just in time to go on a 2 week business trip...not really looking forward to that, but it's life. I won't be with my personal computer except my phone, so I won't be posting much..so we'll catch up when I get back!

ASo today I had a totally real bad morning eating wise. Plus my gym membership isn't quite working out...well it would if the bus times for my transport home were a bit more reasonable. I have to get two buses home and a 45min work out after work would mean 1hr 35mins waiting time between the two.
Anyway today I woke up felt a bit lazy. Decided I would go for a run. But then decided I was too hungry so I ate not one rigged Pop not two toffee pops but the whole fecking packet. About 690 calories. So I went back to bed and decided to write this day off and start again tomorrow but then I thought no I won't I got up and i went for that run..well more of a run/walk affair but still I got up off my fat ass and I did it and clawed back 277calories so that is 400 I've overeaten by so I have not written this day off it was merely a slip up.
