Second the wow and add an amazing!

What a difference! You don't even look like the same person - your face has changed so much.

Well done!

Day 1 40 minutes lower body strength. 30 minutes/11 miles on recumbent stationary bike, 45 minutes/4miles jog up and down hills the whole distance.

Day two 40 minutes upper body strength/weights 45 minutes/4miles jog up and down hills whole distance.

I rotate between these two models. I do different lifting on each time to switch it up and keep from getting bored. One day maybe military presses the next time I do upper body might be the 15lbs medicine ball windmill etc.

The work out listed is where I am at now. When I started I could hardly walk for 20 minutes on flat ground or lift more then 5lbs in each hand. I now can do 30lbs dumbbells in each hand. I eat 1600-1800 calories a day now. I started with 1200 a day though and added calories as I gained muscle mass.

I weigh 194 now with a body fat of 36% and wear a size 10 pant/dress, medium shirts, 36DD bra for those wanting to know. I started at 296 4X 28/30, 54F. Hope that helps for the ladies who start out around 300lbs like I did to know with diet and working out you can make big losses and get to your goals. It feels like I am going on easy street for the last 30-40lbs now that my habits are formed it is easy to follow my new life style!

How tall are you?!

THAT IS AWESOME. period. I'm really happy that your success story involves weights, not just cardio cardio cardio.

Congratulations and good luck!!

I am 5'8 :) My diet is just healthy food in reasonable portions. Chicken, pork, steak, lamb, fish, nuts, eggs, yogurt, vegetables, fruit, and grains. I use to over eat so much once I learned portion control it is easy to stay on track!

Yours is the first post I have read - I just joined today ....GOOD FOR YOU ! I know this was a ton of hard work - you must feel amazing ! I also incorporate cardio with weight training - I believe it is the most effective way to go. How is your eating? I see you are at 1600 - 1800 cal a day - the eating part is the hardest for me - can you share some of your tricks? Thanks!

Can you help me obtain a "ticker" ? I went to the tickerfactory.com, but do not understand the PIN number.
Thanks!

Is just a run down of things I ate to start with. I now snack more through out the day to up my calories and keep feeling full. At first I was very strict with no sweets now I will pop one mini snack sized chocolate a day because I can control myself and not eat the whole bag after eating just one. That took a while to learn the self control not to just eat but once I got it down life became much easier for loosing weight.

hey,
amazing wt loss!! I wanna ask ya since u lost so much wt..umm did u not get loose fat? I've kinda started getting that on my arms and dunno how to deal wid it...

I have horrible loose skin. I will need surgery to correct it. My thighs, underarms, neck, and stomach are the worse. Once I reach the goal weight my doctors have agreed on is 165lbs I will need to maintain +5/-5 from that for a year then go under the knife. I am hoping to reach that weight by my 30th birthday in December so next year I can have my cosmetic surgery.
