100+ push ups and sit ups a day

i was wondering how much you could gain from doing 100+ push ups and sit ups a day? ive heard ppl saying they did that many, is that a good workout?
 
It would be more of an endurance workout. Don't expect to get huge from it. lol. Okay, if thats all you got, and don't have any bench or anything. I used to do that, cept I did like 300 pushups.
 
damn dude, ive been doing that for a while, it doesnt really get you anywhere if you already have muscle in your arms.

although if you dont have much, itll only get you so far.

do it for 5-6 monthes you could maybe gain 10-12 lbs
 
Not by doing the same thing everyday. If indeed you gained 10-12 lbs, hookem, it was most likely through growth. You are 15, after all.

in one set? if so, i would rather find some exersice thats heavier. if you use less than 60% of your 1rm you might have troubble gaining muscle, it will be more of a cardio exersice
