Nice to meet all of you. Im new here. Im about to go on my weight lost journey and try to lose 80 to 100 pounds or get to my ideal weight 135-140. My whole life I was and athlete. Until my junior year in highschool. I smoked pot, ate fastfood almost everyday, and worked. It was mainly due to depression. In one year I gained 70 pounds. Then by the end of 2007 I gained 40 pounds more.In 2008 my previous weight was 250. During june-july 2008 i lost 35 pounds by doing extreme workouts while taking hydroxycut hardcore, and GNC megamens sport multivitamins. It took me 5 weeks to lose 30 pounds. Then I started smoking and drinking again, which made me lazy. Then i stopped working out because i had school and work. Today im going to change my life style and start working out. Ill also post my workouts and weight in. I hope to lose 100 pounds by may or june. I already quit smoking and drinking(btw, im not legal to drink any way. Im 19 years old.) I quit because its not good for the body. My teeth turned yellow and I gained alot of water weight for beer. All smoking does is make you look older, have wrinkles and makes your teeth yellow. How did I do it? I just looked at myself in the mirror and I didnt see the real me. I saw a fat man I couldnt even recongnize myself. I know losing 100 pounds in 3-4 months sounds crazy, but ill try to lose that much.
My original weight before my weight gain was between 135-142.
I currently weight 233 as of 1/17/2009.
This will be my workout. Dont worry Ive done this before, and it is not impossible.
I will be taking this new diet pill called D4 thermal shock(yellow bottle). I never tried it. If this doesnt work, ill just switch back to hydroxycut hardcore.
I will also be taking Gnc Megamen sports Vitamin after each meal.
Im taking the subway diet. $5 dollar footlong (oven roasted chicken breast) 6 inch for lunch, 6 inch, dinner.
And eat a salad as a snack.
My Workout
STRETCH
lift weights every other day (30lb dumbells on each arm)
treadmill 30 mins 3x a day daily (Ive done it before)
20 mins in the eliptic machine. level 6 setting (depends on machine)
stretch between each run and take a 2-3 hour break between runs.
Iron gym pull up bar workouts, every other day.
ab wheel,6 sec abs, situps, pushups, 100 times each after each run.
Ill be wearing a sauna suit.
During lifting weights and running.
*remove all the sweat you accumalate each run.
Drink plenty of water. I drink the bottled ralphs water. 5- 8 bottles a day.
I also drink propel. Buy the water at ralphs and propel at costco.
Ive done this before, so dont say its too much.
Some people might thinks its too much. Just dont over do it. This is my workout, because Ive done it over the summer and lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks.
Only do what your body can handle.
Sometimes my workouts get repetative and boring. I also recored my calorie intake, and how many calories i burn on the machines. I weigh myself every morning before workout. My weight from july 2008 was 215. Im currently 233. I gained weight because I drank beer and carls jr. Feel free to ask any questions. Ill post my results.

AGE: 19
HEIGHT: 5.9 1/2
LONG TERM GOAL: Lose 100 pounds by April or May 17, 2009
SHORT TERM GOAL: Lose 5 - 8 pounds a week.
