100 down 50 to go

hi jeremy...

I think it is so great that you have lost all that weight! What a transformation...I see the loss everywhere!

I hope that your family will give you the same kind of responses and overall support that the people here do because you truly deserve it.

Do you have a diary that I could follow?

Hey Jeremy good for you on working it to reach your goals, you must feel very happy. Do you do 100 reps of just one set or all your weights exercises combined? I've never heard of this type of training, what's it all about?

i do 3 sets of 30 , i did one week where it was just 100 str8 reps, i change up my routine every other week basically, to keep my body guessing

theirs tons of different names for different routines, theirs tons of different routines that you can check out online.

stop by my diary and will post what i do weekly

Hi Jeremy :). I've been lifting since probably before you were born (1993 ha ha ). I just never see this type of training done by anyone at the gyms or by the trainers so I was curious on what you're intending to accomplish (not meant to sound sarcastic please :)) and how its working. Many years back I remember reading about periodically doing a ton of reps like that to get that burn and get the small muscle fibers twitching or whatever. But I'm not sure if that approach is part of the current thinking or not, I dont think it was meant for a beginner though, more like a quick change once in a while in between lifting heavy and doing between 6 and 12 reps (you'll probably get a lot more out of your work out going the heavy route most times). But to each his own, that's just my view and I was just curious about this type of routine. Do the trainers in your gym do this?

the main idea behind high reps is to engage the muscle and build it up for endurance, in doing that it has increased my strength.

uv never hear of lighter weight higher rep? and you've been training for how long?

thats kinda surprising.. but if you think its crazy,, check the results

it works

How come I've never seen the trainers in the gyms doing this or having their clients do it? Are you using pretty low weights to be able to get in that many reps?

u tell me

its not for the weak at heart

how come u dont see the trainers in the gym helping the ppl they train lose 100 lbs in 5 months?

they dont have the will power or strength

i do about 15 lb curls for 90 reps, squat about 120lbs stuff like that

i dont really keep track i just grab the weight i know i can do that day

I would think the weight loss has a lot to do with how much or little you're eating.

thats up to u to think that

i eat all day long

i just burn a shit load in the gym, and have gained a lot of muscle to burn the fat surrounding it

if you have any other questions feel free to IM me or pm me

Your definitely a man on a mission. Your pics look great. I completely think weight training is the key to weight loss success, and nutrition too. Great job! and keep on keepin on.
