I am going to stayon very strict diet for 100 days. Not because I want to look better but feel better and be healthier. I have a doctor's appointment in 100 days for a New job. That is why I do this.

Please join me and tell me the reason why you want to lose weight. I know this is not going to be easy but with help and support I know I can manage this!

I want to lose weight because in *about* 100 days, my boyfriend and I are going to Key West for our 4th anniversary. I want to not only look good, but I want to feel healthy for the trip! If my calculations are correct, I can lose 14lbs if I am losing 2lbs per week over the next 100 days. Losing 14lbs brings me pretty close to the weight I was when he and I started dating four years ago.

My goals:
  • Drink a gallon of water a day
  • Go to the gym 5 days a week
  • Don't eat 2 hours before bedtime
  • cut out all junk and "fat" foods from my diet
