10 weeks lifting...

yeah wow... sick progress!

That is insane how much weight you gained..... I don't see much fat gain.. in fact I can't notice any!

I'd say your BF is 8-10%

How many calories did you eat per day do you think? Any idea?

4-6k calories.

Thanks man.

Nice, how meals did you spread that over? How many meals did you eat per day I mean?

Did you ever force feed yourself to the point of uncomfort? Or did you just eat until satisfied?

2-3 meals is all I ever have time for. I've always just been kind of a big eater. I think my maintenance is over 3k, and just before I started lifting, I started hardcore cardio (20+hours/week) and then stopped when I started lifting, so I had the appetite from that.

Sure PB, but then you factor stuff in like beginner gains. And then the fact that the OP probably does balls-busting hard work...

Wow. If I ate that many calories I would be mistaken for a large whale (as opposed to the baby whale I am now). Seriously though, great work. You have a build like I did 10 years ago. Impressive, keep up the effort and you will be amazing.

This is some amazing improvement. You must really dedicate yourself to your training to get such good results...
Do you work on your legs at all? I am in no way an expert, not even a connoisseur, but I see a lot of men in the gym with very imposing upper bodies, but puny puny legs! I think a balance of both is more esthetically pleasing.

Enough with my "advices" hehe, GOOD JOB!
