10 Pound Club

I weighed in this morning and im 101.2, I lost 200grams. It’s better than I thought it would be, when I had a sneak peek through the week it said I had put on 2 pounds. I will just have to work harder. I hope everyone else has a wonderful weigh in.
 
Good Morning! Just doing my weekly weigh-in...I've lost another 1 1/2 pounds - less than last week, but I expected it, especially since it'll be that TOM this week. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well and has a great weekend!
 
Just weighed in this morning. I gained 2 pounds and now im at 219.:mad: but I used to be 296 Lbs. 2 years ago so i guess i cant complain too much.
 
I had my weekly weighin this morning - I'm down 3 lbs this week! I've only lost 1 pound a week since I started losing weight, so this was BEYOND cool for me!

Anyway, I'm down 5 for this challenge :)

Greg that’s a bummer but kick butt this week hun and get a good loss for next week.

Yah I'm stuck at around the same
2 kilos approx 4.5 lbs
Im doing so and so this week so i might see a small decrease
hope i dont gain

I mean sometimes im just too hungry
i feel my body calling out for food/energy

example yesterday i went to the beach for 6 hours
about 1 hour was sunbathing and the rest was playing volleyball, swimming, waterpolo, walking.And the rest of the day included a bit of walking. After that i just cant keep myself at 1200 calories so i ate about 1500-2000.I'm also a dude.

Just starting this weight loss thing...want to lose 4-5 pounds. Maybe even less, I'll just need to see how it looks once I lose a couple, and how I feel about it. Had a bad day today, eating on the run and grabbed a couple of sugary things....urgh, time to start over.
 
Well all is going quite well, only lost 1 lb last week but 4lbs the week before so that means 5lbs lost for me so far...:D
 
Oh Peachy, a little extra doesn't make it a bad day - it's one meal to the next. You'll choose healthier choices next time, and um...chocolate is still considered medicinal from what I can tell ;)
 
I didn’t loose anything this week im still at 101.2. I haven’t done anything to help myself this week so im lucky to have stayed the same. Come on peoples lets get it moving this week.
 
Well, 1 pound lost this week - I was afraid to weigh-in, though, due to a couple of bad binges! :( But I think the exercise really works, and I've been increasing it, too. I hope all of you are hanging in there and have a great weekend! :)
 
So even though it is pretty close to the end of June- I am joining this club late to force myself over my current plateau. My ticker shows my start weight at 6/1 as that is when I decided to do something about my weight... Now I have the motivation to get over this stinky plateau.

Rose, are you ok? I'm glad to hear you stayed the same and didn't gain - that is *good* compared to the alternative ;) Do you want to be poked? We can find some motivational sticks lying around!

As of yesterday, I lost 3 pounds last week, and have lost a total of 8 for the June Challenge.

Honestly, I really did not think I could actually lose 10 pounds in a month, I had been averaging 4-5 when I started this challenge. It is possible!

Thank you M2M I have been a bit sulky and feeling sorry for myself, I deserve the biggest kick in the backside but a poke or 2 wouldn’t hurt hun. Huge congratulations on your weight loss so far you are doing terrific and we still have a whole week to go, im very excited for you. Momto2 congrats on your 1 pound you must have done something right. Val how have you been going this week? Grandiose that is terrific, even though I have been a bit of a sook we will still run a ten pound club next month, I can only keep on trying hun. Good luck everyone.
 
How's everyone doing now? I've hit a sticky patch and am now stuck at 148 which is 6.5lbs lost, don't think I'll manage the 3.5lb before Friday but if I get another pound off I'd be relatively happy.
