My starting weight is 163 or 74kg....hopefully I can get rid of 10 more pounds as quick as possible, but it has been hard lately...
My plan is to exercise at least 6 days a week, on at least 3 of those days to include 2 exercise sessions in my day. My main activities are walking, stationary bike, my stepper, skipping and jogging. I also like to do circuit training at least 3 times a week, including strength exercises and weights as well as quick bursts of exercise to get the heart rate up.
This week so far I have totalled about four hours of exercise so far...
I watch my calorie intake trying to keep it round about 1200, but it varies between about 1100 and 1500 (1500 being a very high day)
